Refer someone you know — a friend, coworker, or family member — who is looking for a place to rent.
When they apply, they must mention your name or clearly list you as the person who referred them.
Once they’ve lived in the unit for 30 days, you’ll both receive your $50!
Terms:
✔ Referring tenant must be in good standing (no late rent or violations).
✔ Bonus is per new lease signed.
✔ Referred person must be a new applicant.
✔ Multiple referrals allowed!
